Idaho Sewing for Sports, Inc. was started by Gail and Will Williams over 37 years ago in a dirt floor rabbit coop near Idaho City, Idaho. After a business trip to Canada they passed through Grangeville and felt a strong desire to move their family and company to the Grangeville area.
Idaho Sewing for Sports specializes in padding products for ski areas worldwide, and in the early 2000’s launched a product line for Athletics (Pole Vault Pits, Wall Pads, and Covers etc). Idaho Sewing for Sports continues to grow. They have established a GSA Government contract and have become one of the largest custom padding manufactures in the USA.
Idaho Sewing for Sports is recognized in the padding industry as a company with high quality, great value, excellent customer service, honesty, and integrity. They are known worldwide as one of the best padding manufactures for the winter sports venues. The company is currently operated by Will & Gail’s son Gunther Williams, CEO of Idaho Sewing, while the owners enjoy an early retirement from the day to day operations.”
